Hangzhou FANXI Tools Co., Ltd. (FANXI Tools) maintains a quality system based on ISO 9001, with incoming-material checks, in-process inspection and final outgoing inspection on drilling and cutting tools. We provide inspection reports and samples for quality checking on request.

Our Inspection Process

  • Incoming material inspection: raw HSS, carbide and steel are verified against specification before production.
  • In-process inspection: dimension, hardness and geometry are checked at key production stages.
  • Final outgoing inspection: finished drill bits, saw blades and cutting tools are sampled and tested for performance before shipment.
  • Standards: products are supplied to DIN / ANSI dimensions; CE, GS and other certificates are available on request.
